Fabric -
how to get the glue out of...
To tell you the
truth I haven't found a good way to get the glue out of fabrics.
The cyanoacrylate (that's what the glue is made of) will damage and
sometimes react with fabrics so it's best not to have the glue come in
contact with your clothing. If anyone comes across anything that
will help with this I'd be happy to hear it. (info@miracleglue.com)
As
far as gluing fabrics intentionally -
Miracle Glue is not designed for fabrics. It is too thin and
tends to soak in too much and it damages a lot of fabrics. A
dense fabric such as a canvass - I can glue. I have several
people who have glue other things to fabric - such as fabric to
porcelain. As I said before though be careful as the glue can
react with some fabrics. We've had great success with neoprene
(waders, wetsuits and the like). You can see more on that here: Neoprene
Please check out
the List of Uses
section for numerous applications of the glue. You can go
